I want to know seen as I booked through them how someone had managed to get a picture of my order confirmation anyway? What other detail has been given out? Still waiting for any kind of decent response from songkick!!! I am all up for stopping reselling but when you realise you were wrong and the genuine fan had done nothing something should be done, why should I be punished. The tickets are my parents Christmas present. I have done nothing wrong, I downloaded the number from adele's website and waited in the queue like everyone else. I am NOT RESELLING them, it is not even my account which I have tried to explain but because there is no phone number I can't speak to anyone, I just have to wait another 24hrs for another pretty useless email. 24hrs after I emailed they have replied saying because they are being resold on gumtree.
